| It appears that someone has come up with an ingenious way to circumvent East Devon District Councils rules about mooring boats on Seaton Seafront. | | | | Years ago fishing boats were a large attraction on Seaton seafront before being banned from the beach by East Devon District Council. These boats should be allowed back onto Seaton beach to bring some character back to the town. No doubt EDDC will cite safety and insurance as the reason but surely all these vesels would have public and employers liability insurance anyway. | |
